AWH College of Education is recognized by the National Council for Teacher Education (NCTE) and the Rehabilitation Council of India (RCI) and is affiliated with the University of Calicut. Since its inception in 1996-97, the college has been a cornerstone of teacher education. It initially introduced the B.Ed. Special Education (Hearing Impairment) program and later expanded to offer B.Ed. programs in Commerce, Social Science, Natural Science, and Mathematics.
