Mentoring

Guiding growth, inspiring future success.

Mentoring programs are designed to support teacher trainees academically, professionally, and personally. Mentoring offers teacher trainees the opportunity to build confidence in their teaching abilities, especially when facing real-world classroom challenges.

Mentors guide student teachers in planning and preparing lessons. They observe student teachers' lessons and provide feedback. Mentors discuss effective, innovative teaching strategies and ICT technologies with student teachers. Student teachers reflect on their teaching experiences after practice teaching and receive feedback from mentors, identifying strengths and areas for improvement. Workshops, seminars, discussions, etc., are organized for professional development. Mentors support student teachers in assessing and evaluating student learning. They evaluate student teachers' progress, providing constructive feedback and guidance. Mentors also provide emotional support to help student teachers cope with stress, workload, and the pressures of the training period.
